VIP Sessions: 1 – 60 minute session, 15 minute bi-weekly accountability calls and weekly affirmations
You and The EmpowHer Life Coach will collectively discover your coaching needs.
My goal is to help you set clear, meaningful goals, create an action plan to achieve those goals, and get you motivated for moving forward with your individualized sessions.
In this package, your mind, body and spirit will receive 15 minute bi-weekly accountability calls and weekly affirmations.
